This high quality 400mm wingspan micro RC plane is built from durable FLEEX EPP foam. It is designed to take the hits that come with learning to fly. It features twin 3CH control, paired with a new-generation VolantexRC transmitter featuring a dedicated "One-Key Aerobatic" button for effortless flips. The dual motor setup features counter-rotating props, ensuring a straight tracking line on pavement or during a hand launch. Note: The VolantexRC B-25 is a 3-channel RC airplane. The three channels control throttle, elevator (pitch), and steering (yaw). Rather than using a traditional rudder, the model turns by varying the differential thrust between its twin motors.
Since the plane lacks ailerons, it cannot perform axial rolls or fly inverted. However, after real-world testing, we found it to be highly responsive and beginner-friendly. If you're looking for complete control authority, we recommend a 4-channel model with full moving control surfaces.

Important Operating Notes:

Trim Before Flight: While the gyro is incredibly helpful, make sure to trim your elevator on the remote before your first launch.

Wind Caution: While this micro plane can "handle a little bit of wind," do not attempt to fly in winds exceeding 10 mph (16 km/h). Under 3mph is the best. At this tiny scale, it acts more like a kite than a bomber in 10 mph wind.

Takeoff Preference: You absolutely can take off from a paved road using the included landing gear. However, for beginners, an "air toss" (launching it from your hand) at full throttle is far easier and reduces the risk of scraping the nose on rough asphalt.
