Heavy-Duty Contactor Relay Switching
Eliminates high-resistance direct trigger switches that cause voltage loss and heat build-up. An integrated automotive-grade relay routes full current straight to the motor, drastically lowering internal resistance and preventing switch burnout.
4.0mm Non-Conductive FR4 Fiberglass Plates
Constructed with ultra-thick 4.0mm FR4 fiberglass structural side plates combined with CNC-machined anodized alloy supports. Provides complete electrical isolation, exceptional rigidity, and field durability while keeping overall weight down to 1425g.
14AWG Silicone Cables & Quick Connectors
Includes 100% pure high-temperature 14AWG silicone wire protected by spiral wrap sleeving to resist field abrasion and fuel corrosion. Comes pre-wired with an inline XT60 plug and detachable heavy-duty car battery alligator clips.
Spline-Keyed Drive Cup & High-Tack Silicone Cone
Features a precision CNC aluminum drive cup with internal splines to prevent rotational slip. The included small high-wear, high-tack silicone rubber cone offers slip-free grip on spinners up to 2.75 inches or optional helicopter starting wands.
Grade 12.9 Titanium-Steel Hardware
Built for rigorous field use with corrosion-resistant stainless steel main bolts and Grade 12.9 high-tensile titanium-alloy steel screws at all high-stress fastening points to prevent stripping and frame flexing.
